The Captain

Captain Mike holds the highest sail rating (level 4) from the American Sailing Institute. He and Miss Judy have advanced Piloting certification from the U.S. Power Squadron. Mike also holds an OUPV Captain’s Licence and 50 ton Masters License from the U.S. Coast Guard.
